Phishing Phone Scam

There have been numerous reports of suspicious phone calls being received from an automated system stating that your account has been blocked and to please call them back.  Once you call back, they ask for your full card number and pin number. This is a SCAM! Never give out your full card number or pin. If you are contacted by our security monitoring company, you will be asked to call them back at 1-888-241-2440 This is the only legitimate number to call. The number that these phishing calls have been coming from is 888-225-6370 but they could originate from any other numbers.

If you are concerned about a phone call that you receive, you can always call the credit union and speak to a representative regarding the account.
