COVID-19 (Coronavirus) Outbreak
With the worldwide crisis resulting from COVID-19, rest assured that we are doing everything necessary to protect both our members and our staff during this difficult time. Like everyone, we are monitoring communications from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC): www.cdc.gov and the New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH): www.health.ny.gov These medical professionals are providing important, up-to-date information as well as useful tips to help minimize your possible exposure to this virus. We encourage you to visit these sites to stay informed.
It is important to keep in mind that the majority of COVID-19 cases are mild and only a small percentage of patients will require hospitalization. The majority of patients will be able to recover at home. Currently, care for COVID-19 patients is supportive as there are no medications available to treat it.
We encourage everyone to practice regular infection prevention techniques such as washing hands frequently, avoid touching the face, cough etiquette and staying home when sick.
As of June 8th, our lobby is open normal business hours. We ask that you follow all social distancing guidelines, including maintaining a space of 6 feet from one another and wearing a face covering when not able to maintain the social distance. For your convenience, we will still be performing ALL types of transactions at the drive up so you do not need to enter the credit union. We do encourage you to continue to utilize the drive up service as often as possible. We do also ask that members utilize the many E-Services that we now offer. We have the mobile check deposit available for depositing paper checks and the night depository for depositing cash and/or checks. Our ATM is available 24/7 for cash withdrawals and we are able to complete the entire loan application and approval process via email.
