• The following loans are for Single family homes only:
• Fixed Rate Home Improvement Loans up to 72 months. (80% appraised value 1st lien posistion)
• Fixed Rate Home Improvement Loans up to 144 months.(80% appraised value 1st lien posistion)
• If the Credit Union will be in the second lien posistion (70% appraised value)
• The following loans are for Owner/Occupied Duplex only:
• Fixed Rate home Improvement Loan up to 144 Months. (60% appraised value)
• The following loans are for Rental Property only:$49,500 Maximum Limit up to 84 Months. (50% appraised value)
